an embroidery class in february
I’ll be teaching an embroidery class in Wellington on Saturday February 21st, 2026. The class is being hosted by the lovely Tash of Holland Road Yarn Company, at her shop in the Hutt Valley.

In this class, we’ll have three hours to learn the complete basics of embroidery, if you’re new to it, or explore free-form, creative stitch-making with me if you’re more experienced. All of the materials - linen, hoops, needles - will be provided, including threads of every colour to choose from.
I’ll also have stitch guides and some design templates for you to work from and take home with you.
The class will be fairly small (no more than 7 people) so there will be lots of time for individual attention.
